Rationale:
We plan to concentrate
on algebraic, analytic and arithmetical aspects
of the classification theory of complex algebraic varieties.
During the workshop, we would like to explore
birational geometry in higher dimensions,
foliation theory, orbifold methods, using methods as diverse
as holomorphic dynamics, complex analysis and differential geometry.
